- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nice enough staff but very poor organisation and communication. I routinely phone to check my prescriptions are ready to collect, this routinely takes 5-10 minutes to deal with, they routinely assure me the prescriptions are ready, and yet I routinely have to wait for 14-30 minutes because of a problem. In addition, I'm often given an IOU and have to go back. Naturally, in my time. Despite phoning, visiting and waiting to collect already. Please Lloyds, sort yourselves out.
