- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am not a patient of this surgery but have had frequent contact, both by phone and also accompanying my elderly mother for appointments. Each time the staff have been polite, friendly and very helpful. The most recent was by telephone on Friday, and again my call was answered in a very polite and helpful manner. it was arranged that a doctor would call me back, which he did at the pre-arranged time. The doctor was able to act on all my concerns and arranged appropriate medication and further tests. Both myself and my mother could not have received better care and attention.
