- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'd lost hope with regaining the mobility in my arm after a bad break which resulted in a plate being fitted. Previous physio hadn't worked so I met with Mark today to see what he could do. Mark was really knowledgable and explained why things aren't progressing as quickly as I would like and came up with a plan to put that right which really put my mind at ease.
